Sillus Lee Jr.,a devoted father, loyal brother, proud son, and hardworking pipeliner, passed away on Monday, August 4th, 2025 at the age of 59. Sillus was born on Thursday, March 24, 1966 to the union of Rev. Sill and Sallie (Gray) Lee. He was of the holiness faith.
A simple man with a big heart, he found his greatest joy in the love of his two daughters, Kimberly and Madison. To them, he wasn’t just a dad—he was a constant, steady presence, full of love, laughter and strength.
He took great pride in his work as a pipeliner, a job he loved and poured himself into. His life’s pleasures were simple: a cold carton of Coke, a pack of KY Best, and good music playing in the background.
He shared a special bond with his brother Jimmy, who was also his best friend. His sister Connie was the one he could always count on, and no one ever doubted that he was a momma’s boy through and through. His love for his mother was deep and unwavering, something sacred and central to who he was.
Sillus lived a life marked by his love and dedication for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to mourn his passing his two daughters: Kimberly Hamilton and husband Michael and Madison Lee; his mother: Sallie Lee; his brother and sister: Jimmy Lee and Connie Farmer and husband Russell.
He is preceded in death by his father: Rev. Sill Lee; his brother: Johnny Lee; his sister-in-law: Birdie Lee; his former spouse and mother to Kimberly: Mary Sue Lee; his life long friend: Terry Spurlock.
