Ruby Ann Messer

Ruby Ann (Smith) Messer, age 60, departed this life on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Landmark of Laurel Creek. She was born on Saturday, May 1, 1965 in Beverly, Kentucky to Willie and Mary (Lee) Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Mill Creek United Methodist Church.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Delmer Bryan Messer(Mallory), Leighman Gilbert Messer (Bridgette), Travis Kishore Messer, Virginia Leeann Messer Edwards (Ernie), Jessica Arnett, Marjorie Marie Collins and these grandchildren: Delmer Wesley Messer, Jeremy Collins, Joseph Collins, Jesse James Arnett, Wanda Faye Arnett, Akira Sizemore, Haylee Sizemore, Russell Connor Messer, Carson Burnette, Avery Messer, Carly Edwards, Madiline Edwards, Bryson Messer, Brantley Messer and Madison Messer, and Aiden Smith as well as his great grandchild: Celina Messer. Also surviving are these brothers and sisters: Janet Hubbard (Robert), Shirley Smith, Betty Frazier, Caleb Smith, Franklin Smith, William Lee Smith, Burley Smith, and Virginia Bowman.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Willie and Mary Smith, her husband: Delmer Messer, her daughter: Amanda Sizemore and her grandchildren: Briley Sizemore, Shawn Sizemore, Bruce Gilbert Holt and these brothers and sisters: Drucilla Hubbard, James Smith, Ivory Smith and Ernie Smith.

Funeral Services for Ruby Ann Messer will be conducted on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tony Bowling will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Messer Family Cemetery in the Mill Creek Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Thursday after 12:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
