Roselene Wagers

Roselene Wagers, age 73, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky . She was born on Friday, March 6, 1953 in Manchester, Kentucky to Stevie and Cleo (Smallwood) Smallwood. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mud Lick Church of the Brethren.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Dena Woods and husband Jerry, Denise Smith and Amy Woods and husband Bart; three grandchildren: Amanda Davidson, Matthew Woods and Alex Woods and these great grandchildren: Kara Davidson, Matthew J. Woods; and Pamela Smallwood that she loved as a daughter. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Esselene Smith, Lizzie Mae Smith, Carl Smallwood, Pauline Roark and Harvey Jr. Smallwood.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Stevie and Cleo Smallwood; her husband: Elmer Wagers; these brothers and sisters: Jessielene Smith, Dennis Smallwood, Charles Smallwood, Winston Smallwood; her son-in-law: Randy Smith.

Funeral Services for Roselene Wagers will be conducted on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. David Balmer will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmer Wagers Cemetery.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Tuesday evening from 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
