Robert Lee Walker

Robert Lee Walker, age 91 passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026 at the AdventHealth of Manchester, Kentucky. He was born on Sunday, November 4, 1934 in Manchester, Kentucky. He was a veteran with the United States Military-Armed Forces Division from 1951 until 1978, including the Vietnam War for 39 months. After his military service, he resided in the states of New Jersey and Georgia, before eventually moving back to home to Manchester, Kentucky in the early 1980s. His many hobbies included fishing, motorcycle riding and reading scripture.

Robert is preceded in death by his mother: Hester (Cash) Walker and his father: Rollie Walker. He leaves behind to mourn his passing a host of friends, acquaintances, and family, including Lorraine Pennington and her husband, children and grandchild.

Funeral Services for Robert Lee Walker will be conducted on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding. His final resting home will be at Manchester Memorial Gardens alongside his parents.

Visitation will begin at 12 PM on Friday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
