Phyllis Jackson Farrell, age 57 of Manchester, departed this life at her home on Monday, October 3, 2016.. She was born on Friday, October 24, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Johnny and Oma Jackson.

She leaves to mourn her passing her son: Shane Farrell, her father: Johnny Jackson, her best friend and soulmate: Mason Farrell, and these brothers: Douglas Jackson of Red Bird, James Jackson of Manchester, Glenn Jackson of Manchester, and Donald Jackson of Somerset.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Oma Jackson and her sister: Debbie Jackson.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 7, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Marlin Hubbard will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith-Jackson Cemetery in the Asher's Fork Community.

Visitation will be held on Friday after 12 Noon at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
