Norma Jean Goins, 52, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, at her home. She was born on Friday, May 3, 1974 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Charles and Diana Barnett.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband: David Goins and two children: Brandon Charlie Goins and Jacy Kendall Goins. Also surviving are the following sisters and brother: Angie Strode, Diana Shelton, Erica Flowers, Crystal Barnett and Charles Barnett.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Diana Barnett and her sister: Debbie Barnett.
At the family’s request, there will be no services at this time.
Arrangements entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
