Mr. Troy Kemp

Mr. Troy Kemp, age 90 of Manchester passed away Saturday, April 9th, 2011 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born March 7th, 1921 in Estill County, Kentucky to the union of William and Rosie Daniels Kemp. He was a coal miner and janitor at the Eastern Kentucky University; he also served in the United States Army.

He is survived by his children: Timothy Kemp, Alyca Avert, Sudaniel Schmidt, Gretchen Adams, Stephanie Foreman, Lucy McKissic, Stacy Henson, and Phillip James Thompson, and 9 grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mr. Troy Kemp will be Friday, April 15th, 2011 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Donnie McKissic and Rev. Jessie Kemp will be officiating. Burial will be in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Friday, April 15th, after 12:30 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
