Mrs. Pamela Smith Walden

Mrs. Pamela Smith Walden, age 57 of Manchester departed this life on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on Friday, December 25, 1959 in Hyden, Kentucky to the union of Joe B. Smith, Sr. and Elizabeth Reynolds Smith. She was a retired bus monitor for the Clay County Board of Education and was affiliated with the Burning Springs Church of God.

She leaves to mourn her passing her son: Terry Smith and his wife Monica, her daughter: April Turner and her husband D. C. as well as her grandchildren: Bradley Smith, Trevor Smith, Travis Smith, Abigail Smith and Samuel Smith, her great grandchildren: Layla Smith, Jace Smith and Nora Smith. Also surviving are her sisters: Bonnie Carpenter and her husband Gary and Josephine Couch as well as her beloved dog and companion: Nikki and her special friends: Betty Carol Hubbard and Bobbie Sparks.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Joe B. Smith, Sr. and Elizabeth Smith, her husband: Clark Walden, her sister: Ruth Bush and her brothers: Bruce Smith and Joe B. Smith, Jr.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Pamela Walden will be conducted on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Kevin Couch will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
