Mrs. Della Mae Couch

Mrs. Della Mae Couch, age 93 of Manchester, departed this life on Monday, March 31, 2014 at the home of her daughter: Ruby Buttery. She was born on Monday, January 10, 1921 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Phil and Oda Hinkle Stevens. She was a homemaker and a member of the Muddy Gap Baptist Church.

She leaves to mourn her passing her daughters: Barsha Couch, Ruby Buttery, Laura Wagers, and Ardath Wagers, 23 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren as well as her sister: Jane Bush.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Phil and Oda Stevens, her husband: Bill Couch, her children: Abraham Couch, Bill Couch, Jr., Eli Couch, and John Couch and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Della Mae Couch will be conducted on Wednesday, April 2, at 1 PM at the Muddy Gap Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Hyde Cemetery in the Caudill Gap Community.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening after 6 PM at the Muddy Gap Baptist Church.
