Mr. Michael Lee Harris

Mr. Michael Lee Harris, age 60 of Manchester departed this life on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. He was born on Tuesday, May 1, 1956 in Manchester to the union of Joseph Lee Harris, Sr. and Audrey Birch Harris. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the St. Paul AME Church and worked as a repo man.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Teresa Smith Harris, his children: Austin Smallwood, Katlyn Smith, Janza Nelson, and Willie Hodge, his grandchildren: Kyree Nelson and Christopher Lee Michael Nelson. Also surviving are his special friends: Cynthia Harris Warner and Sharon Figgs, his father: Joseph Lee Harris, Sr., and these brothers and sisters: Judy L. Walker and her husband Billy of Corbin, Peggy Diana Walker of Manchester, Joseph Harris, Jr. and wife Dana of Nashville, Tennessee, Jeannie Yvonne Harris of St. Mary, Georgia, Fleda Lyttle and her husband Joe of Manchester, and Albert Elwood Harris of Whitley City, Kentucky.

A Memorial Service for Michael Lee Harris will be conducted on Monday, June 27th at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Sherry Green will be officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 PM Monday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
