Mr. Michael Cicero Feltner, age 62 of Manchester, departed this life on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at his home. He was born on Saturday, July 24, 1954 in Manchester to Wallace Feltner and Latricia Lewis Abner. He was a cook and a member of the Horse Creek Baptist Church.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Shannon Marie Saylor Feltner, his children: Eddie James Michael Feltner, Jon-Conner Michael Feltner, and Jaylynn Saylor. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren: Mila Gill, Lacey Feltner, Kason Feltner, and Naylie Feltner, and his father: James Abner, his brothers: Eddie Feltner and his wife Beverly and Robert Abner and his wife Teri, and his sisters: Teresa Garrison and Delora Ann Walker, his mother-in-law: Flora Saylor, his father-in-law: Edd Saylor, and 3 nieces and nephews: Lora Garrison, Emily Siler, Ciana Caudill, Micah Feltner, Trent Abner, Grant Abner, and Adian Abner, and his sister-in-law: Julie Caudill and her husband Timothy.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Latricia Abner, his father: Wallace Feltner, and his grandmother: Maud Fisher.
Services for Mr. Michael Cicero Feltner will be conducted on Monday, December 12 at 8 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be at 5:30 PM on Monday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
