Mr. Clifford Wagers
June 24, 1941 — April 4, 2017
Mr. Clifford Wagers, age 75, of Curry Branch Road in Manchester passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. He was born Tuesday, June 24, 1941 in Manchester, KY to Otis and Della (Gray) Wagers. He was a coal miner.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Connie (Curry) Wagers and these children: Randy Wagers and wife Bea, Winford Wagers and wife Georgia, Willie Wagers and wife Lisa, Misty Wagers and Timothy Hayes; 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Lillie Mae Kirkland, Audrey Lynn, Patricia Gail, Rose Marie, Doris Jean, Alfred Wagers, Jr. Wagers and Teddy Wagers.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Otis and Della Wagers; his son: Wendell Wagers; these sisters and brothers: Sandra Kaye, Mona Faye, Annalee, Stafford Wagers and Billy Ray Wagers.
Funeral services for Clifford Wagers will be Sunday, April 9, 2017 at 2:00 P. M. at the Curry Branch Holiness Church. Rev. George Roberts and Rev. Rick Holt will be officiating. Burial will be in Curry Cemetery in the Curry Branch Community.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday at the Curry Branch Holiness Church.
