Linda Smallwood

Linda Smallwood, 69, of Tyner, KY passed away Monday, July 1, 2024 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. 

Linda was born in Red Bird, KY on Sunday, May 15, 1955, a daughter of the late John and Verlie Sizemore.

Linda is survived by her husband, Wayne Smallwood of Tyner, KY for forty-nine years. 

Linda is survived by her son: Brandon (Patsy) Smallwood of Tyner, KY, and four grandchildren Kynlee Smallwood, Kason Smallwood, Kennedy Smallwood, and Karter Smallwood. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Tammy Smallwood and two step-grandchildren Donovan Spurlock (Kentucky), and Dawson Spurlock of Manchester, KY. 

She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Lester (Marlene) Sizemore of Tyner, KY, Fred (Violet) Sizemore of Manchester, KY, Elmer (Dora) Sizemore of Tyner, KY, Maggie Walton of Tyner, KY, Betty (Les) Sizemore of Manchester, KY, Mary (Glenn) Whitt of Tyner, KY. 

She is preceded in death by her son: Rodney Smallwood, Brother: Curtis Sizemore and her sister Zola Kirkpatrick. 

She also leaves behind a host of many nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.

Funeral Services for Linda Smallwood will be conducted on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Scotty Witt will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Penn Smallwood Cemetery in the Sand Hill Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday, July 5 from 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
