Gilbert Russell Miller, age 82 passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026 at the Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky. He was born on Wednesday, April 26, 1944 in Manchester, Kentucky to Gilbert “Hayseed” and Bernice (Bowling) Miller. He was a project foreman for Wiser Gas and Oil Company for many years.
He leaves to mourn his passing his daughter: Chanin Sucher and husband Steve, his grandchildren: Ian Sucher and Mackenzie Sucher, several nieces and nephews and his dear friends: Jimmy Dobson, Gilbert Rader, Donna and Ronnie Addington and Dustan Tye.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Gilbert “Hayseed” and Bernice Miller, his sister: Jean Burns and his brothers: Ray Miller and Roy Miller.
A Celebration of Life for Gilbert Russell Miller will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be officiating.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday after 3:00 P.M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
