Mr. Gary Wayne Henson, age 62 of Manchester, departed this life on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at his home. He was born on Saturday, July 9, 1955 in Oneida, KY to Oakley and Virgie (Downey) Henson. He worked in roofing and he was a farmer.
He leaves to mourn his passing his brothers and sisters: Clayton Henson and wife Betty, Carolyn Mechling, Larry Henson, Joyce Prather, Joan Prilaman and husband Mark, and Tina Gibbs and husband Carl; 16 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Oakley and Virgie Henson and his sister: Linda Henson.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 22 at 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Anthony Lovett will be presiding. Burial will be in the Downey Cemetery in the Buzzard Community. Visitation will be held Friday, July 21 after 6:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
