Forest Wind Elkin, age 29, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at his home. He was born Sunday, June 16, 1996 in Arizona.

He is survived by his mother: Tami Metzger Proctor; his maternal grandmother: Carol Talbert; his siblings: Matthew Amick, Christopher Amick, Anthony Proctor, Zachary Proctor, Isaiah Proctor, Blu Elkin, Ayliana Proctor, Logan Blankenship, Shelley Gray and stepsister: Neysa Southworth; and these cousins: Soron Wilkie, Nicole Wilkie, Terra Cash, Avena Cash, Solana Elkon; and his aunt: Aleyna Wilkie.

He is preceded in death by his father: Larry Proctor and his brother : Grayson Proctor.

There will be no services at this time.
