Mrs. Fannie Jean Pennington, 86, of Manchester, Ky went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 4, 2026. She was born on October 3, 1939 to the union of Daugh and Beatrice (Love) Henson. As a child, she was baptized at, and became a member of, Horse Creek Holiness Church. She later met Lige Pennington who would go on to become her husband and love of her life. Fannie was known for her unwavering kindness and boundless love for her family and friends. Her smile and infectious laughter could brighten the darkest room.
Fannie is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, her brother, Beve Henson, her sister-in-law Betty Sue Henson, her sister-in-law Alva Henson, and her sister, Betty (Cissy) Washington.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her sister, Alberta (Larry) Thompson, and her brothers, Earl (Cheryl) Henson, and Daniel Henson, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her sister, Patsy Henson, and brothers, McCoy (Cookie) Henson, and Larry (Trina) Henson, all of Manchester , KY. Also left to cherish her memory is a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The Family of Fannie Pennington
Funeral Services for Fannie Jean Pennington will be conducted on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 1:00 P. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Monday after 12:00 P.M. until funeral time at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
