Charles Hamlin age 68 of Manchester, Kentucky passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at his residence. He was the son of Ray Hamlin & Vandora Reinholtz Hamlin, the father of Christa Carlene Weirup and Thomas Ray Hamlin, the brother of Shelia Murphy, Marilyn Beck & David Hauge.
