Billy William Bennington

Billy William Bennington, age 69 of Indianapolis, Indiana formerly of Clay County passed away Tuesday afternoon, August 18, 2026 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He is survived by his wife: Tammi Skinner Bennington, and the following brothers and sisters: Martha Mays, Stanley Bennington, Diane Webb, all from Indianapolis, Indiana, Teresa Brandenburg of Newport, KY, and Norma Woods, Bonnie (Mack) Roberts, Shirley Hurley, all from Manchester, KY, Alice (Bill) House from London, KY and and Lisa (Roy) Eldridge from Whitesburg, KY. He is survived by 2 grandchildren: Greyden (Brienna) Brocher and Miranda Cameron of Indianapolis, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Mattie and Marshall Bennington and his brother Michael Hammons.

Funeral Services for Billy William Bennington will be conducted on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Joey Burns and Rev. Bobby Stevens will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday afternoon from 1PM until funeral time at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
