Beatrice Marcum

Beatrice Marcum, age 80, departed this life on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at her home. She was born on Thursday, May 17, 1945 in Manchester, Kentucky to Kurt and Cora (Hatfield) Henson. She was a homemaker.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Ernest and wife Debbie Smith (Ohio), Bradley Smith (London), Geraldine and husband James Thrower (Tennessee), Teresa and husband Darrell Thomas (Manchester), Barbara Harless (Manchester), and Verda and husband Jimmy Smith (Hazard), a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also surviving are these brothers and sisters: Letch and wife Mittie Henson, Tommy and Debbie Henson, Rennie Reid and Patsy and husband Doug Benge.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Kurt and Cora Henson; her husband: Willie Marcum, several brothers, sisters and children.

Funeral Services for Beatrice Marcum will be conducted on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Cecil Benge, and Rev. James Wagers will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Enjine Cemetery in the Blue Hole Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Thursday after 6:00 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
