Annalee Jackson, age 97 was ushered into the arms of her dear Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at her home. She was born on Friday, June 22, 1928 in Manchester to Samuel and Polly Ann (Roberts) Wagers. She was a hairdresser and a devoted member of the Island Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
She leaves to celebrate her life her children: Betty Carol Jackson, Freddy Lane Jackson and his wife Valeria and Woodrow Lonnie Jackson and his wife Nona, her grandchildren: George Grigsby, Lori H. Jones, Lynn Brown, Phillip Jackson, Natalie Holland, Steve Jackson, Vanda Branstutter, Tammy Hurst and Rhonda Brown, her great grandchildren: Zachary Grigsby, Caleb Hurst, Kingston Holland, Ashley Smith, Ryan Branstutter, Timothy Lewis, Brittany Mynhier, Jed Hollen, Lilah Hollen, Sophia Jackson, Joshua Jackson and Jackson Brown and her great great grandchildren: Emberly Rayne Grigsby, Brandon Mynhier, Jr., Bryson Smith, Rhozlynn Brown, Zoie Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Sophia Smith, Zoe Mills and Sophia Creech.
She is preceded by her parents: Samuel and Polly Ann (Roberts) Wagers, her husband: Hardin Jackson, her baby: Ronald Bruce Jackson, her sisters: Cleo England and Nellie Holland and her brothers: George Wagers, Chester Wagers and Lonzo Wagers.
Funeral Services for Annalee Jackson will be conducted on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Grigsby and Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery in the Ice House Community.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
