Lloyd Hensley

Mr. Lloyd Hensley, age 71 departed this life on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky.  He was born on Sunday, November 2 1947 in Bar Creek of Clay County, Kentucky to Raymond and Zelphia Childers Hensley.  He was a painter, a member of the Full Gospel House of Care in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky as well as a musician and banjo player.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Ethel Thomas Hensley, his children: Rhonda Bowman and Dwayne Hensley, 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren as well as his brother: Hobert Hensley and these half-sisters: Laura Ann, Wanda, Lois, and Sallie.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Raymond and Zelphia Hensley, his daughter: Angie Northern, his brother Roy and his sister: Della Jones.

A celebration of life for Lloyd Hensley will be conducted on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Roger Pigg and Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding.  He will be laid to rest in the Hensley-Spurlock Cemetery in the Bar Creek Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
