Carolyn (Allen) Huffman

Carolyn Allen Huffman, age 74 departed this life on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky.  She was born on Monday, January 8, 1945 in Oneida, Kentucky to Clay and Julie Allen.  She was a homemaker.

She leaves to mourn her passing her daughters: Regenia Chesnut and Renee Parker, her son: Allen Huffman, her grandchildren: Jessie Leigh Smallwood, Dalton Smallwood, Jonny Parker, Jake Huffman, Molly Huffman, Allyson Huffman, Angeli Kah Huffman and Amy Leigh Huffman.  Also surviving are her great grandchildren: Kaylee Johnson and Elijah Smallwood and these brothers and sisters: Dallas Allen, Harold Allen, Earl Allen, Ronnie Allen, Wilma Nunn and Geraldine Allen.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Clay and Julie Allen, her brothers: Bruce Allen, Everett Allen and Clay Allen, Jr. and her sister: Shirley Allen Moore.

A celebration of life for Carolyn Allen Huffman will be conducted on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  She will be laid to rest in the Allen Cemetery in the Patty’s Rock Community.

The family will receive friends and loved ones after 12 PM on Friday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
